VENDOR TABLES FOR 2027 ARE NOT BEING SOLD AT THIS TIME

ONCE THE APPLICATION IS OPEN IT WILL BE POSTED HERE

Application Information for April 29 - May 2, 2027

The show will continue to accept special requests for table location preferences. However, the show makes no guarantee we can honor all requests. The show will make table assignments in the best interest of the show overall.

Tables are not fully reserved until payment is made.
Wall tables are in limited supply.
*3 or more tables require you to be a sponsor

**Please note we are only accepting vendors that have something to do with pens, ink, pen-related and stationary items.

Vendors are only permitted to sell pens and pen-related/stationary items.

2027 Table Pricing

Ballroom

Wall Table $400 (electricity available)
Interior Table $200 (electricity not available EXCEPT for pen/nib repair tables)

The table fee includes (2) vendor badges for the 1st table then 1 additional badge per extra table. The tables are 72″ by 30″

Vendors will need to provide their own table covering

Security is provided during the show and overnight.

Thursday - No longer just a Trader Day!! Everyone can set up their tables and sell to the VIP and Weekend Pass shoppers starting on Thursday!!

Vendors can also join us Thursday at 7pm for our pizza party!

Items can NOT arrive earlier than 3 days before the event. We will send you an email with how to address the packages correctly. If you are sending a large amount of boxes or pallets we need to be informed weeks ahead.

Packages will be charged the day of receipt by the hotel. Handling fees are as such:

0-5 pounds $6
6-20 pounds $12
21 - 50 pounds $18
51+ pounds $30
Pallets & Crates $90
Outgoing Packages $6

Parking - DO NOT park in the Target parking lot. You will be towed. Overnight parking is discounted to $8/night for hotel guests. When you check in you will get a pass to place in your car.
